Just like Tom Cruise blasting through a wall in one of his Mission Impossible movies (I just watched Fallout and it is crazy good), we are thundering off into space – this space – to make a great place for you to find one-of-a-kind rarities, antiques, vintage modern style items and handcrafted fare. It’s an attempt to save these precious bits from the landfill and create new forever homes for items of great beauty and function.
It’s not an earth shattering concept. It’s an idea that has many enthusiasts combing neighbors garage sales, flea markets, non-profit businesses for those gems that you might never find again if you pass them by.
What I might see as a treasure, you might just shrug and say “ok” but nevertheless it is an item that has value to others. I find them, sometimes just dust them off and sell them to curious folks like you who wander over to take a peek now and then.
These are items I might sell on Etsy, Amazon, Craigslist, FB Marketplace or even Poshmark. A few I keep to admire until I am ready to part with them.
These pieces all have a story as well. I will give you a condensed version of the long ones and keep them short. It’s cool to know the history of some of these pieces.
